Practical guidance for perioperative practice
EORNA publishes practical guidance to help perioperative nurses deliver safe, high-quality care across Europe.
The EORNA Best Practice for Perioperative Care sets out recommendations developed by EORNA’s Perioperative Nursing Care Committee (PNC). First published in 2015, it has since been revised and is published digitally so it can be kept up to date and shared freely across Europe and beyond.
The EORNA Best Practice for Perioperative Attire is a companion resource that focuses specifically on surgical attire, developed to accompany the main Best Practice document.
The PNC committee continues to review and update EORNA’s recommendations as part of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to best practice in perioperative care.
