Dermatitis is a common condition among healthcare workers and is significantly under-reported. It can have negative long-term impacts on quality of work and home life. This webinar presents the point of view of a dermatologist concerning the management of occupational contact dermatitis in healthcare workers. Risk factors for the development of this condition will be reviewed, as well as tips for its prevention and early detection. Investigations of contact dermatitis will be discussed, especially in the context of hand dermatitis in the healthcare setting.
